At Inochroma, we believe in offering peace of mind to every customer. This Return Policy explains how returns and refunds work for both purchases and those who sign up now for free sample promotions.
30-Day Return Policy for Free Samples and Purchases
Customers have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return. The policy applies to both purchased products and those obtained through the Sign Up Now for Free Sample program.
To qualify, products must meet the following conditions:
⑴ They must be in the same condition as received;
⑵ Items should remain unworn or unused, with tags attached;
⑶ Packaging must be intact and original;
⑷ Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

How to Start a Return
Always contact us before shipping your item. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Returns that arrive without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages, Issues, and Free Sample Replacements
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Should the item be defective, damaged, or incorrect—whether purchased or from the free sample program—let us know immediately. Prompt reporting allows us to evaluate the issue quickly and provide a solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
⑴ Perishable goods such as flowers, food, or plants;
⑵ Personalized or custom-made items;
⑶ Selected personal care or beauty products;
⑷ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
⑸ Sale items or gift cards;

Exchanges – A Simple Way to Get What You Need
Sometimes you may want a different product. In that case, the fastest option is to return the item you currently have and place a new order. This method applies equally to purchases and to items obtained through the free trial sign-up program.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers in the European Union enjoy an extra benefit: you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing a reason. However, items must still meet the same return conditions—unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact. This rule also applies to items received through our Sign Up Now for Free Sample offer.
Refunds on Purchases and Free Samples
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know the outcome. If approval is granted:
*Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days.
*Bank or credit card processing may add extra time.
