Thank you for shopping with Inochroma! We aim to provide fast and reliable shipping. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues).

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and most European countries. Please contact us to confirm shipping availability for other destinations.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Undeliverable & Incorrect Addresses

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may not be eligible for a refund or may be refunded minus shipping fees.

  • There will be a 25% restock fee for reshipping orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

  • If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info.inonex@inochroma.ca. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is missing, please check with your local post office or contact the carrier for assistance.

  • If your package is lost in transit (never marked as "Delivered"), please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.
