Inochroma Shipping Policy

Welcome to the Inochroma Shipping Policy page. Here you’ll find clear details about our order processing, delivery options, restrictions, and international shipping. We want your experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery.
1. Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your package.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the method you choose.
Although we always aim for on-time delivery, unexpected delays (such as weather or carrier issues) may occur.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to:
- Canada
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Most European countries
If you’re unsure about shipping availability to your destination, please contact us.
⚠️ We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Undeliverable & Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, one of the following will apply:
- The order may not qualify for a refund, or
- It may be refunded minus shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee
If you spot an address mistake after placing your order, email us immediately at info.inonex@inochroma.ca. If your package has already shipped, we cannot change the address.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.
If your package does not arrive:
- First, check with your local post office or delivery provider.
- If the package was lost in transit and never marked delivered, contact us. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. International Shipping
When ordering internationally, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country.
Additionally, please note that customs inspections can sometimes cause delays.
